If you had rather have a larger home site there is a area that has one (1) acre homesites for $5,500.00. The same rules apply to these sites as the camp sites. Water will be available to each homesite ( cost of the materials used to pipe in the water will be paid for by the resident ) but no other applications apply. Septic systems can be contracted for from other residents at a nominal cost, usually just the cost of materials in trade for your help with other projects. Clearing is up to the resident, again it can be contracted out to the other residents who are capable of this job and have the equipment to do so. Remember there are no building codes, zoning or permitting needed so it will be up to you what type of structure you wish to build and live in on these sites. ( Payment for services by Barter is encouraged)

Game animals present, deer, turkey, hogs, etc., good climate, water and electricity available via Local Power Company but will be through alternative means at a later date..   

 Lease benefits:  availability of land away from potential unrest, no taxes, no maintenance assessments or association fees . Plus support from the established like minded residents on this large tract.  One Thousand dollars for a campsite or $5,500 for a whole acre guarantees you a place to go if life becomes untenable where you are or if you just want a quiet place to visit and relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life. 

These sites can be used for what ever purpose you choose, you can put a tent, RV, Travel trailer or build a cabin on there. The rules are simple: Be a good neighbor, have control of your animals, help out when asked or just pitch in, use common sense in your behavior. There are no home association rules or people to tell you how to behave, that is up to you. Everyone has a voice in the governing of this village and problems will be dealt with at town hall meetings with everyone having a voice in decisions. The Settlement will be run by the laws the Constitution sets forth not by majority rule. This will be a true Republic.

There are absolutely no zoning or permitting restrictions on this property.

The Village is "NOT" a Religious Settlement, people are free to practice what ever religion they prefer, respecting those that have different beliefs. It is "NOT A COMMUNE", every resident is free to earn their own money and keep it, no fees, no dues and no requirement to be a part of any project in progress. Every resident is expected to be self sufficient not dependant on others for their well being.

Freedom Is Not Dead is a Non Profit organization incorporated in Arkansas, formed by and for those of us that are awake and getting prepared for what ever may be coming, whether it is the Flu Pandemic being broadcast now or Martial Law or just a break down of the Economy. We all need to be prepared to have a back up place to live in safety with clean food and water.

The east side is on a well maintained county road. The property has no real paved roads but has good solid tracks that have been used over and over to get from one site to the other.

The property has 35 acres alloted to gardens and 60 acres alloted to pasture and dairy animals. Another section closer to the Camp Main site is for chickens. There is good water which will be available to each site but the owner of each site will have to pay for the pipe to run from their site to the main water supply. There are many hands that will be available to help put in your water lines or tap into ones that are already laid.

When completed there will be a RV park with 10 RV sites for visitors but not a public business, a public bath house with showers and toilets, a laundry room, community kitchen and meeting room, and public areas. A Natural Health Clinic will be on the property run by a dedicated herbalist who is already signed on as a permanent resident, Dr. Paul's old Medical partner, Dr. Jack Pruitt will have his own private clinic on site. One professional teacher for the home schooling dedicated to real education. Several professional Nurses, one full time farmer with all the equipment to put our crops in the ground and maintain them with the help of the residents.

The community kitchen has already been furnished with the inventory of a restaurant which the residents have purchased making that facility fully equipped to furnish meals, a area for canning and processing our food products and provide a area for all residents to use and enjoy. Meals will be furnished at no cost to anyone only their help in cleaning up and preparation on a voluntary basis. When first moving in we realize that most people will not be prepared to be self sufficient immediately therefore the kitchen, bath rooms and public areas are a very necessary item.

Everyone will be expected to do their share If you choose to not lend a hand that is fine but be aware you will not have the production of others available to you. You will also be expected to help out with what ever you are able to do with the gardens, preserving food, storing food and just general care of the over all property. Some will do more and some will do less acording to their health, ability and desire to be a part of the whole community. If you had rather be alone that is fine also, there is no pressure to join in any activity.

Buyers will get a signed sealed lease for 99 years. The lease can be transferred if you desire to do so. There are no payments, no fees of any kind on these parcels. A one time fee of $1,000 is all it takes to have a life time of security knowing you have a safe secure place to go to in case of any type of disaster whether it be from hurricanes, tornados or civil unrest or a just a quiet vacation. or you may decide to be a permanent resident.. There is a good sized town within 50 miles where employment may be available.

Once this page is removed all the sites are leased out and no more will be available.
